As we head into the height of the summer season, it’s hard to resist the extended daylight hours, warmer weather, and our sun-kissed complexions. But as runners, summer training can be a real challenge, and not to mention dangerous.
With the temperature on the rise, it’s time for a bitter sweet goodbye to our breezy mid-day long runs until the cool fall weather returns.
